Photo Release Waiver

This Photo Release Waiver (“Waiver”) is entered into by and between WeeWheel, LLC
(“WeeWheel”) and the undersigned parent or legal guardian (“Guardian”) of the minor
child participant. By providing consent, Guardian agrees to the terms and conditions set
forth herein:
Photography and Video Release:Guardian hereby grants WeeWheel the irrevocable and
unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish photographs and videos of the
above-named child(ren) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to print
media, broadcast media, marketing materials, and social media.
Consent:By agreeing to this Waiver, Guardian authorizes WeeWheel to capture, record,
and use the likeness and voice of the child(ren) during WeeWheel activities for the
purposes outlined herein.
Ownership and Restrictions:Guardian acknowledges and agrees that WeeWheel retains
all rights to the photographs and videos. Guardian shall not screenshot, copy, reproduce,
alter, modify, or create derivative works from the content provided by WeeWheel.
Liability:Guardian assumes full liability for any violation of the terms of this Waiver and
understands that legal action may be taken against them by WeeWheel for any
copyright infringement.
Definition:The term “photograph” as used herein encompasses still photographs, audio,
and motion picture footage.
Online Security: Guardian is encouraged to review the online security features, privacy
policy, and terms of service provided on the WeeWheel website.
Agreement:I, the undersigned Guardian, have read and understood the terms of this
Photo Release Waiver and voluntarily agree to its contents.
